AGENDA DATE: February 18, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a Public Hearing for March 3, 2020 at
2:00 pm to consider Amending the 2020 Annual
Construction Program and the Six Year
Transportation Improvement Program for Years
2020 -2025.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Department of Public Works
prepared an Annual Construction Program for 2020
and a Six Year Transportation Improvement
Program for 2020 - 2025 and both programs were
adopted under Resolution 2019-152 and Resolution
2019-153.
INTERACTION:
Public Works has additional projects and timeline
adjustments to the Annual Construction Program
for 2020 and the Six Year Transportation
Improvement Program for Years 2020 - 2025.
These amendments require a public hearing be
conducted.

RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for March 3, 2020 at 2:00 pm to
consider Amending the 2020 Annual Construction
Program and the Six Year Transportation
Improvement Program for Years 2020 - 2025.
HANDLING: Return one Notice of Public Hearing to Public
Works

West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider amending the 2020 Annual
Construction Program and the Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for Years 2020 - 2025.
