ACTION REQUESTED:
Request to Approve an Amended Resolution to Approve Interlocal Agreement Between the Kittitas County
Prosecutor and the City of Ellensburg for City Docket Coverage and Reciprocal Conflict Case Assignments.
BACKGROUND:
This is a resolution to amend a scrivener's error in resolution 2020-003 from the February 4, 2020 agenda.

Greg Zempel, Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office
Terry Weiner, Ellensburg City Attorney
RECOMMENDATION:
Please approve and sign amended resolution ratifying Greg Zempel's signature on the Interlocal Agreement
between the Kittitas County Prosecutor and the City of Ellensburg.
HANDLING:
Please forward an executed copy of the amended resolution to the Prosecutor's office.
