ACTION REQUESTED: Request to sign Interlocal Agreement between the City of Ellensburg and Kittitas County for City Docket Coverage and reciprocal conflicts assignment
BACKGROUND: Renew the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Ellensburg and Kittitas County that provides docket coverage for the City when the City Prosecutor is unavailable (illness,
vacations, etc.), and for reciprocal assignment of conflict cases.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and signed the proposed Interlocal.
RECOMMENDATION: Sign and adopt the Interlocal agreement.
