AGENDA DATE: February 4th, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement with the City of Ellensburg for
Animal Shelter Services for year 2020.
BACKGROUND: The City of Ellensburg approved the interlocal agreement
and brought it forward for County approval. Prosecutor's
Office drafted a resolution authorizing approval for the
Interlocal Agreement. Agreement is for $56,043 allocated
to the Animal Shelter.
INTERACTION: The Agreement was previously approved by the
Prosecutors office, and the budget amount has been verified
with Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the Board to sign an Agreement
between Kittitas County and the City of Ellensburg to
provide $56,043 for Animal Shelter Services for the year
2020.
