RESOLUTION NO. ____
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCUTION OF AN ILA FOR ANIMAL SHELTER SERVICES
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and the City of Ellensburg desire to continue the interlocal agreement between them for the provision of animal shelter services; and
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and the City of Ellensburg desire to maintain the same agreement as last year but with a 2% compensation increase
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, The BOCC is authorized to execute the attached interlocal agreement with the City of Ellensburg for provision of animal shelter services.
