Concert ticket prices will be established based on the <br />annual cost-analysis of the event. People who purchase tickets desire <br />opportunities to purchase them online before the event date. The Event <br />Center also benefits from offering this option and therefore would like to <br />incentivize those early purchases. It is customary and reasonable to offer <br />a discounted price for pre-sale orders of this nature.
