AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: January 7, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement
between Schuknecht's Polygraph Service and Kittitas County.
BACKGROUND: This Agreement is between Kittitas County and Schuknecht's
Polygraph Service for conducting polygraph examinations, conducting interviews of
applicants, and preparing and conveying reports of polygraph findings to the Kittitas
County Sheriff's Office. The contract period is January 1, 2020 through December 31,
2020. There are no changes from the prior agreement.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved
this agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement
between Schuknecht's Polygraph Service and Kittitas County.
HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. Sheriff s Office to provide a
fully executed Agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by Schuknecht's Polygraph
Service.
