AGENDA DATE: January 7, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge a User Agreement between Kittitas
County Sheriff's Office and Washington State Patrol with respect to their Academy
Facility.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Sheriff's Office requests to utilize the Academy
Facility owned and operated by Washington State Patrol in Shelton, WA as needed, and
in accordance with the Facility requirements for registration, regulations, and applicable
fees as outlined in their current Training Academy User Rate Study.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved
this Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge a User Agreement between Kittitas
County Sheriff's Office and Washington State Patrol with respect to their Academy
Facility.
HANDLING: No handling. KCSO will obtain a fully executed contract from WSP and
will return it to the BOCC for County records.
