AGENDA DATE: January 7, 2020 ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Allow Kittitas Valley Event Center to Forgive $337.73 in Uncollectible Debt BACKGROUND: The
Office Manager for the Kittitas Valley Event Center has identified two accounts with balances that have been sent to Evergreen Financial Services, Inc. for collection after 90-120 days
of no payment.
After review of the December 18, 2019 report from Evergreen Financial Services, Inc., and after consulting with Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager, we recommend approval of this Resolution
to forgive $337.73 in uncollectible debt. INTERACTION: Kittitas Valley Event Center
