BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO . 2019 -c:;oo <br />ESTABLISHING WEIHL ROAD (MP 0.00 to MP 0.24) ONTO THE COUNTY PUBLIC <br />ROAD NETWORK <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners awarded construction of <br />Weihl Road improvements pursuant to Resolution 2019-017 on June 24, 2019 ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: The successful bidder complet,ed road construction and was issued a notice of <br />physical completion on November 4, 2019 (Attachment 1); and <br />WHEREAS: Establishment of Weihl Road onto the County Public Road system is formally <br />required to add the roadway into the County's Road Log; and <br />WHEREAS: Roadways contained in the County Road Log position are subject to future state <br />and federal grant funding supporting ongoing improvements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby establish Weihl Road (MP 0.0 to MP 0.24) onto the <br />County Public Road system . <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kittitas County Department of Public Works is directed to <br />add Weihl Road (MP 0 .00 to MP 0 .24) into the County Road Log. <br />Dated this 17th day of December, 2019, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />K I TTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />. re c hsn ib, V i -. <br />D Dep1:1ty Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz <br />Lk._ <br />~mmi ss ioner
