This contract amendment is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter referred to
as "County") and Kittitas Valley Opportunities (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"). The
County and the Contractor agree as follows:
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Contractor entered into a professional services contract in
September 2019; and
WHEREAS, the first page of the contract states the commencement date is July 1, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the agreement between the parties actually contemplated a commencement date of
July 1, 2019; and
WHEREAS, both the County and the Contractor desire to amend the agreement to allow for the
corrected start date;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas
County, Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment providing
for a commencement date of July 1, 2019 as attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference .
