ACTION REQUESTED:
Acknowledge County Auditor signature on Licensing Subagent Agreement with Ellensburg Licensing, LLC.
BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is a complete re-write. The process was a coordinated effort between the State Department
of Licensing, the Attorney General's Office, the Washington State Association of County Auditors, the
Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys and Washington Association of Vehicle Subagents. It is
an agreement that is consistent statewide.

RECOMMENDATION:
