ACTION REQUESTED:
Acknowledge County Auditor signature on Department of Licensing Agent Agreement
BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is a complete re-write. The process was a coordinated effort between the State Department
of Licensing, the Attorney General's Office, the Washington State Association of County Auditors and the
Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys. It is an agreement that is consistent statewide.
