AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: December 3, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve lease agreement between Xerox Financial
Services LLC and Kittitas County.
BACKGROUND: This lease agreement will replace the expiring contract SH14-038 for
3 machines currently leased/maintained through Copiers NW and Wells Fargo.
INTERACTION: This interagency agreement was reviewed and approved by the
Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve lease agreement between Xerox Financial
Services LLC and Kittitas County.
HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. Sheriff's Office to provide a
fully executed Agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by Xerox Financial
Services.
