KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: December 3, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve lease agreement between Xerox Financial <br />Services LLC and Kittitas County. <br />BACKGROUND: This lease agreement will replace the expiring contract SH14-038 for <br />3 machines currently leased/maintained through Copiers NW and Wells Fargo. <br />INTERACTION: This interagency agreement was reviewed and approved by the <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve lease agreement between Xerox Financial <br />Services LLC and Kittitas County. <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. Sheriff's Office to provide a <br />fully executed Agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by Xerox Financial <br />Services. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
