AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: December 3, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Family Healthcare of Ellensburg for 2020.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and Family Healthcare
of Ellensburg for the year 2020 to provide on-site medical care to the inmate population
within the Kittitas County Corrections Center. Terms are the same as the 2019 contract.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Family Healthcare of Ellensburg for 2020.
HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. Sheriff s Office to provide a
fully executed Agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by Family Healthcare.
