RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CONTRACT AMENDMENT EXECUTION
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and John Dunnigan entered into a professional services contract for the
2019 Fair; and
WHEREAS, said contract limited payment to $4000.00; and
WHEREAS, the agreement between the parties actually contemplated payment of $5000.00; and
WHEREAS, both the County and Mr. Dunnigan desire to amend the agreement to allow for such
payment;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County,
Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment providing for a contract fee
of $5000.00 as attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEI\'IENT AMENDMENT
This contract amendment is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter referred to
as "County") and John Dunnigan (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"). The County and the
Contractor agree as follows:
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and John Dunnigan entered into a professional services contract
for the 2019 Fair; and
WHEREAS, said contract limited payment to $4000.00; and
WHEREAS, the agreement between the parties actually contemplated payment of $5000.00;
and
WHEREAS, both the County and Mr. Dunnigan desire to amend the agr,eement to allow for
such payment;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas
County, Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment providing
for a contract fee of $5000.00 as attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
