BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RE OLUT.JON <br />NO. 2019-/ /pg <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CONTRACT AMENDMENT EXECUTION <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and John Dunnigan entered into a professional services contract for the <br />2019 Fair; and <br />WHEREAS, said contract limited payment to $4000.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the agreement between the parties actually contemplated payment of $5000.00; and <br />WHEREAS, both the County and Mr. Dunnigan desire to amend the agreement to allow for such <br />payment; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment providing for a contract fee <br />of $5000.00 as attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />DATED this / q fn day of v\J, U fYI be.J-, 2019, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTIT ~ OUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />_....eJ" le1'k of the B0ard <br />D Deputy Clerk of the Board
