AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: November 19, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge an MOU between Kittitas County
Health Network (KCHN) and Kittitas County Sheriffs Office to collaborate in improving
population health.
BACKGROUND: This MOU sets out the terms by which organizations and individuals
participating in the Kittitas County Health Network (KCHN) commit to furthering the
mission and vision of KCHN. Their mission is to improve population health through
collaboration with community organizations such as KCSO and it is our intent to support
their mission as outline in the MOU.
INTERACTION: This agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County
Prosecutor's Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge an MOU between Kittitas County
Health Network (KCHN) and Kittitas County Sheriffs Office to collaborate in improving
population health.
HANDLING: Sheriff s Office to provide a fully executed MOU to the BOCC upon
signature by KCHN.
