AGENDA DATE: November 19, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution for a Contract Amendment
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Fair and John Dunnigan entered into a professional
services contract for entertainment at the 2019 Fair, and said contract
limited payment to $4000.00. The agreement between the parties actually
contemplated payment of $5000.00 so both the Kittitas County Fair and
Mr. Dunnigan desire to amend the agreement to allow for such payment;
