ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Suncadia Ph. 3 Div. 15 &
16 Plat (LPF-19-00008 and LP-19-00002).
BACKGROUND: The Ph. 3 Div. 15 & 16 Preliminary Plat was approved on September 17, 2019
through Resolution No. 2019-144. The plat covers approximately 293 acres
accessed via Tumble Creek Drive.
The applicant submitted the first final plat application on September 4, 2019,
requesting final mylar approval for the Suncadia Ph. 3 Div. 15 & 16 Plat. A second
complete submittal package containing updated information was received on
October 11, 2019. This Plat creates 105 detached residential lots with access tracts,
a lake amenity, open space tracts, and service tracts. The proposed lots range in
size from 0.40 acres to 0.79 acres. Staff has reviewed the final mylar with
supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary
approval documents. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments,
and all signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works,
Public Health, and Assessor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia
Ph. 3 Div. 15 & 16 Plat (LPF-19-00008 and LP-19-00002).
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer
signature and recording.
