Request to Set a Public Hearing on November
19, 2019 at 2pm to Consider a Lease for Lot H-
9 of the Bowers Field Airport Binding Site Plan
Amendment.
BACKGROUND: Public Works is requesting the Board set a
public hearing to consider a lease within the
Airport Binding Site Plan specifically Lot H-9
(0.26 Acres — 11,325.6 Sq. Ft.) to Quincy N.
Milton, III and Ann Marie Milton for the
construction of private airplane hangar.
INTERACTION: Public Works
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Notice of Public Hearing for
November 19, 2019 at 2pm to consider a
Lease for Lot H-9 of the Bowers Field Airport
Binding Site Plan Amendment.
HANDLING: Return one copy to Public Works
