Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />November 5, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Administrator’s signature on the MOU between the Yakima Neighborhood Health Services and <br />Kittitas County Public Health Department. (Effective Dates: July 1, 2019- June 30, 2020) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The MOU allows the health department to enroll Kittitas County resident in the Washington <br />Healthplanfinder and report monthly outreach activities to contractor. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on October 14, 2019. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on October 21, 2019. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health Interim <br />Administrator’s signature on the MOU between the Yakima Neighborhood Health Services and <br />Kittitas County Public Health Department.
