Kittitas County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />  <br />Agenda Staff Report <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />Agenda Date: October 15, 2019 <br />  <br />Action Requested: Request the Board hold a public hearing to declare County <br />surplus property to be removed from County records <br /> <br />  <br />Background: <br /> <br />Kittitas County needs to surplus property, as they are no longer needed. <br />Those items listed are to be: <br /> <br />Building #75 House <br />Building #77 Laundry <br /> <br />On September 17, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners set a public <br />hearing to complete the removal process and allow the items to be disposed <br />on October 15, 2019 at 2:00 pm <br />  <br />Recommendation: <br />Recommend the Board of County Commissioners approve the Resolution to <br />declare all items surplus which no longer have any value to the County. <br />  <br />Handling: <br />Completed Resolution to Kay Kresge <br />  <br />Lead Staff <br />Kay Kresge, Fiscal Analyst
