Action Requested: Request the Board hold a public hearing to declare County
surplus property to be removed from County records
Background:
Kittitas County needs to surplus property, as they are no longer needed.
Those items listed are to be:
Building #75 House
Building #77 Laundry
On September 17, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners set a public
hearing to complete the removal process and allow the items to be disposed
on October 15, 2019 at 2:00 pm
Recommendation:
Recommend the Board of County Commissioners approve the Resolution to
declare all items surplus which no longer have any value to the County.
