ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the PSA between Yakima Specialties
and Kittitas County. (Effective dates: July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020)
BACKGROUND:
The professional services agreement is to establish subcontracted employment and day
services for people with developmental disabilities in Kittitas County per the county’s
responsibilities as outlined in attachments.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the PSA between Yakima Specialties
and Kittitas County. (Effective dates: July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020)
HANDLING:
Please send the health department two signed copies.
