USDA has just made their official “Notice of Award” announcement for 2019 Specialty Crop Block Grant funds, see

You may now start sharing your good news regarding your award. We are in the process of working on the grant
agreements and you will hear from us soon in regards to signatures and finalizing your agreement. Projects will start
9/30/19.
