AGENDA DATE: October 1, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing to consider the
adoption of the Annual Construction Program for
2020 and the Six Year Transportation Improvement
Program for the Years 2020-2025.
BACKGROUND: Public Works has prepared an Annual Construction
Program for 2020 and a Six Year Transportation
Improvement Program for 2020-2025.
Two open houses have been held on September 16,
2019 in Lower County and one on September 19,
2019 in Upper County to receive public input and
comments regarding said plans. No changes to
staff's proposals are necessary based on public
comment that was received.
INTERACTION: Public Works
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing on October 15, 2019 at 2pm
local time to consider adopting the Annual
Construction Program for 2020 and the Six Year
Transportation Program for the Years 2020-2025
and.
HANDLING: Return one (1) original to Public Works

205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider the adoption of the Annual
Construction Program for 2020 and the Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the Years 2020-2025.
