Notice of Applications to Change the purpose of use and place of use under S4 -84433-J (Court Claim 02064); S4 -84434-J
(Court Claim 02064); S4 -85098-J (Court Claim 01049);and S4 -84524-J (Court Claim 02064).
That the applicant proposes to change the entirety of the rights as follows:
• the purpases of use to instream flow and mitigation; and
• the places of use to Coleman Creek, heginning at the historical points of diversion to the Yakima River, and in the
Yakima Enver, beginning at the confluence with Coleman Creek to the Columbia River.
