This call for sealed bids is to furnish Liquid Asphalt Materials for Calendar Year 2017. Bids are due by
February 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm, at which time bids will no longer be accepted. Bids will be opened at the
Kittitas County Public Works Office located at 411 North Ruby Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, WA on
February 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
