This call for sealed bids is to furnish Liquid Asphalt Materials for Calendar Year 2018. Bids are due by February 22, 2018 at
2:00 pm, at which time bids will no longer be accepted. Bids will be opened at Kittitas County Public Works, 411 North
Ruby Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, WA on February 22, 2018 at 2:00 pm.
