April 4, 2019 at 2:00 pm, at which time bids will no longer be accepted. Bids will be opened at the office of Kittitas County
Public Works, 411 North Ruby Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington on April 4, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
