ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution approving the Interlocal
Agreement between Kittitas County and Kittitas County Fire District #2 for vehicle use.
(Effective dates: 09/01/19-09/01/20)
BACKGROUND:
The Interlocal Agreement between Kittitas County and Kittitas County Fire District #2 is
established to allow the county to utilize KVFR’s Command Vehicle to provide logistical
support for the syringe exchange program and related services.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 6, 2019.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 9, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution approving the Interlocal
Agreement between Kittitas County and Kittitas County Fire District #2 for vehicle use.
