ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the
Universal Agreement for Facility Use. (Effective dates: July 1, 2019- June 30, 2021.)
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this agreement is to document mutual understanding and respective obligations of the
parties to facilitate the successful completion of the identified project or objective. The Agreement is by
and between Kittitas County, and the Community partner identified in the agreement.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 22, 2019.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 3, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the
Universal Agreement for Facility Use. (Effective dates: July 1, 2019- June 30, 2021.)
