KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: September 3, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of <br />Department of the Army License for YTC (Yakima Training Center) Military Installation <br />and between Yakima County and Kittitas County Sheriff's Office. <br />BACKGROUND: The Secretary of the Army or duly authorized representative of the <br />Secretary hereby grants Kittitas County Sheriffs Office a non-exclusive license for use <br />of lands at the Yakima Training Center Military Reservation for law enforcement training <br />as described in the license document. Our most recent license for these same activities <br />expired on August 31, 2019. There is no cost. <br />INTERACTION: This agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of <br />Department of the Army License YTC (Yakima Training Center) Military Installation <br />and between Yakima County and Kittitas County Sheriff's Office. <br />HANDLING: Please return one fully executed original to KCSO, which we will <br />provide to YTC for its records. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
