AGENDA DATE: September 3, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Claim of David Paulsell.
BACKGROUND: The claimant, David Paulsell , claims damages of $538.99, to replace
the windshield of his 1995 Chevy G20 Van, allegedly as a result of
dirt and/or rocks falling off of Kittitas County Truck #166 (plate #
B9819C). Kittitas County Claim # 201908120064.
INTERACTION: Mr. Paulsell submitted pictures of the alleged damage to the
windshield of his vehicle.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Kittitas County Claim # 201908120064, in the amount of
$538.99, conditioned upon receipt of a Release of All Claims from
Mr. Paulsell.
