KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 3, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Claim of David Paulsell. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The claimant, David Paulsell , claims damages of $538.99, to replace <br />the windshield of his 1995 Chevy G20 Van, allegedly as a result of <br />dirt and/or rocks falling off of Kittitas County Truck #166 (plate # <br />B9819C). Kittitas County Claim # 201908120064. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Mr. Paulsell submitted pictures of the alleged damage to the <br />windshield of his vehicle. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve Kittitas County Claim # 201908120064, in the amount of <br />$538.99, conditioned upon receipt of a Release of All Claims from <br />Mr. Paulsell. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – Auditor <br /> Copy – Prosecutor <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Claim of David Paulsell <br /> Letter from Public Works <br /> Pictures from David Paulsell <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Christopher Horner, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
