ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County
and the Ellensburg Rodeo.
BACKGROUND: This Agreement is between the Kittitas County Sheriff s Office and
the Ellensburg Rodeo to provide for the reimbursement to KCSO of the cost incurred for
the services of Reserve Sheriffs Deputies to maintain order, safety and security for all
during the course of the events operated by the Rodeo from and including August 28,
2019 to and including September 2, 2019.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved
this Interlocal Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County
and the Ellensburg Rodeo.
HANDLING: Please return one original to KCSO, which we will provide to the
Ellensburg Rodeo.
