PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT #2 <br />This Agreement amends the original agreement that was signed on August 1, 2017 <br />between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") on behalf of the Kittitas County <br />Horticultural Pest and Disease Board, and Bugs & Flies Inc.; dba B&F Services <br />(hereinafter "Contractor") and the amendment signed on September 18, 2018.
