Whereas, <br />Whereas, <br />Whereas, <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />A RESOLUTION & ORDER AUTHORIZING THE KITTITAS COUNTY TREASURER <br />TO SELL TAX TITLE PARCELS #12057 & #12060 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 -~ <br />the Kittitas County Treasurer's Office received two completed Applications for <br />Resale of Tax Title Property for Tax Title Parcels #12057 and #12060; <br />Under RCW 36.35.120, tax title property is sold by order of the county legislative <br />authority; <br />the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners directs the Kittitas County <br />Treasurer to sell Tax Title Parcels #12057 and #12060 by public auction and to <br />advertise the auction in conformity with the requirements set forth in RCW <br />36.35 .120. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, hereby authorizes and orders the Kittitas County Treasurer to sell Tax Title Parcels <br />#12057 and #12060 by public auction and to advertise the auction in conformity with the <br />requirements set forth in RCW 36 .35 .120. <br />APPROVED, this /,e'frJ day of a.tl,~t; , 2019, at Ellensburg, Washington . <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
