A RESOLUTION & ORDER AUTHORIZING THE KITTITAS COUNTY TREASURER
TO SELL TAX TITLE PARCELS #12057 & #12060
RESOLUTION NO. 2019 -~
the Kittitas County Treasurer's Office received two completed Applications for
Resale of Tax Title Property for Tax Title Parcels #12057 and #12060;
Under RCW 36.35.120, tax title property is sold by order of the county legislative
authority;
the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners directs the Kittitas County
Treasurer to sell Tax Title Parcels #12057 and #12060 by public auction and to
advertise the auction in conformity with the requirements set forth in RCW
36.35 .120.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County,
Washington, hereby authorizes and orders the Kittitas County Treasurer to sell Tax Title Parcels
#12057 and #12060 by public auction and to advertise the auction in conformity with the
requirements set forth in RCW 36 .35 .120.

for advertising and sale of the same .
Enclosed herewith find .$75 .0 0 for deposit, which shall be forfeited to Kittitas County as
liquidated damages if there should be no bid for the above described property on the day of sale .
If applicant should be the highest bidder on the day of the sale, the above deposit is to be
applied on the purchase price, expense of advertising, deed or contract, and recording expense.
If the highest bidder on the day of sale should be someone other than the applicant, the
purchaser is required to pay the above described expense in addition to his or her bid, and the
$45.00 deposit shall be refunded by the Kittitas County Treasurer to the applicant.
