ACTION REQUESTED: Request to hold a public hearing to review and approve the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services Contract No. 18‐62210‐008 Closeout Performance
Report for project end date June 30, 2019.

BACKGROUND: The Commissioner’s office received a letter from the Department of Community, Trade
and Economic Development requesting that the County approve the 2018-2019 Public Services Grant
Closeout Report for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).
INTERACTION: HopeSource has completed and reviewed their sections of the report. The Auditor’s
office has completed and reviewed the final Closeout report and recommends the Board’s approval.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to hold a public hearing on August 20, 2019, to review and approve the
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services Contract No. 18‐62210‐008 Closeout
Performance Report for project end date June 30, 2019.
