<br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: August 6, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to hold a public hearing to review and approve the Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services Contract No. 18‐62210‐008 Closeout Performance <br />Report for project end date June 30, 2019. <br /> <br />____________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Commissioner’s office received a letter from the Department of Community, Trade <br />and Economic Development requesting that the County approve the 2018-2019 Public Services Grant <br />Closeout Report for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: HopeSource has completed and reviewed their sections of the report. The Auditor’s <br />office has completed and reviewed the final Closeout report and recommends the Board’s approval. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to hold a public hearing on August 20, 2019, to review and approve the <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services Contract No. 18‐62210‐008 Closeout <br />Performance Report for project end date June 30, 2019. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 original – Judy Pless, Auditors Office <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Public Hearing <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager
