A RESOLUTION & ORDER AUTHORIZING THE KITTITAS COUNTY TREASURER
TO SELL TAX TITLE PARCELS #12057 & #12060
RESOLUTION NO. 2019 -______
Whereas, the Kittitas County Treasurer’s Office received two completed Applications for
Resale of Tax Title Property for Tax Title Parcels #12057 and #12060;
Whereas, Under RCW 36.35.120, tax title property is sold by order of the county legislative
authority;
Whereas, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners directs the Kittitas County
Treasurer to sell Tax Title Parcels #12057 and #12060 by public auction with a
minimum bid of $12,087.66 and to advertise the auction in conformity with the
requirements set forth in RCW 36.35.120.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County,
Washington, hereby authorizes and orders the Kittitas County Treasurer to sell Tax Title Parcels
#12057 and #12060 by public auction with a minimum bid of $12,087.66 and to advertise the
auction in conformity with the requirements set forth in RCW 36.35.120.
