RE: Request approval of Resolution and Order authorizing the Resale of Tax Title
Property Parcels #12057 and #12060
Background: The Kittitas County Treasurer’s Office has received two
applications for the resale of tax title parcels #12057 and
#12060.
Interaction: The Treasurer’s Office has reviewed information related to
these parcels. Additionally, the Assessor’s Office and the
Public Works Department have been contacted to confirm
that they see no reason for the County to retain these
parcels.
Recommendation: The Treasurer recommends that the Commissioners
approve the sale of these properties and direct the
Treasurer’s office to hold an auction for these properties.
