Page 1 of 2 <br />ADDENDUM #9 TO LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND BALANCED ACTION, INC. <br /> <br /> <br />Addendum to the current License Agreement, made and entered into between Kittitas <br />County, hereinafter called County, and Balanced Action, Inc., hereinafter called Vendor. <br />The parties to the Agreement agree to amend said Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1) Add electronic import of Sympro investment transaction data <br />3) Add date modified to receipt footers <br />4) Change G/L reporting format to match current Skagit County model <br /> <br />Purchase Schedule <br /> <br />Item Cost <br /> <br />Sympro Interface $7,500 <br />Receipt Date Modified Addition $1,500 <br />G/L Report Format Change $20,000 <br /> <br />Total $29,000 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Payment due January 2020 <br /> <br />It is agreed by both parties that this addendum shall be in effect for the complete term of <br />the original License Agreement and all terms and conditions of the License Agreement <br />shall remain in full effect and shall not be altered by this Addendum, except as expressly <br />modified by this Addendum.
