ADDENDUM #9 TO LICENSE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND BALANCED ACTION, INC.
Addendum to the current License Agreement, made and entered into between Kittitas
County, hereinafter called County, and Balanced Action, Inc., hereinafter called Vendor.
The parties to the Agreement agree to amend said Agreement as follows:
1) Add electronic import of Sympro investment transaction data
3) Add date modified to receipt footers
4) Change G/L reporting format to match current Skagit County model

Sympro Interface $7,500
Receipt Date Modified Addition $1,500
G/L Report Format Change $20,000
Total $29,000
Payment due January 2020
It is agreed by both parties that this addendum shall be in effect for the complete term of
the original License Agreement and all terms and conditions of the License Agreement
shall remain in full effect and shall not be altered by this Addendum, except as expressly
modified by this Addendum.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Addendum #9 to License
Agreement on this 6th day of August, 2019.
