KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA ITEM STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: August 6, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing on August 20, 2019 at 2pm to consider <br />Equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs and authorize disposal of <br />same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br />BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs: <br />E.R. & R. #4 2013 Ford Explorer <br />VIN #1 FM5K8688DGA46945 <br />E.R. & R. #315 2007 Caterpillar 308C Excavator <br />VIN #CAT0308CLKCX02091 <br />E.R. & R. #188 2006 Sterling Dump Truck <br />VIN #2FZHAZDE46AV76832 <br />The Department of Public Works requests that a Public Hearing be held on August 20, 2019 <br />at 2:00 pm to declare the above listed equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize <br />disposal of same.
