AGENDA DATE: August 6, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing on August 20, 2019 at 2pm to consider
Equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs and authorize disposal of
same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs:
E.R. & R. #4 2013 Ford Explorer
VIN #1 FM5K8688DGA46945
E.R. & R. #315 2007 Caterpillar 308C Excavator
VIN #CAT0308CLKCX02091
E.R. & R. #188 2006 Sterling Dump Truck
VIN #2FZHAZDE46AV76832
The Department of Public Works requests that a Public Hearing be held on August 20, 2019
at 2:00 pm to declare the above listed equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize
disposal of same. The Department of Public Works plans to surplus the equipment in
accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for August 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm to consider equipment
surplus to the county's needs and authorize disposal of same.

The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 pm on August 20, 2019 at the Commissioners' Auditorium,
205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider declaring the following
equipment surplus to the county's needs:
