BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-IJ q 9-- <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO LODGING TAX <br />GRANT AND SMALL SCALE CAPITAL PROJECT AGREEMENT LT-2017-04. <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and City of Cle Elum <br />had previously entered into a Lodging Tax Program Grant and Small Scale Capital <br />Project Agreement, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Cle Elum found it appropriate to change the project <br />described in the budget included as part of that Agreement, and <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and the City of Cle Elum <br />wish to recognize that change, and <br />WHEREAS, amendment of L T-2017-04 to incorporate the amended budget will <br />reflect the intent of the parties, and <br />WHEREAS, this Amendment will not change the dollar amount involved in the <br />Agreement, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the <br />Agreement related to Grant LT-2017-04 is hereby adopted upon signature by the Board <br />of County Commissioners. <br />I /.ft-, ~ ADOPTED this _., ___ day of U l rfA L..£ er:::: 2019 . <br />RESOLUTION <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />ABSEN T <br />Commissioner
