ACTION REQUESTED:
Request the Board of County Commissioners to sign the Professional Services Agreement
Amendment #2 between Kittitas County and B&F Services for the Horticultural Pest and
Disease Board.
BACKGROUND:
The agreement is for the control and eradication of the apple maggot within Kittitas County. This
agreement will fund necessary services for the prevention/control of the apple maggot. The
agreement was originally for $30,000 with a previous amendment the agreement to $100,000 and
this amendment will add $60,000 to make the total $190,000. The effective date on the original
start date of the agreement was July 1, 2017.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend the Board approve and sign the Professional Services Agreement Amendment #2
between Kittitas County and B&F Services for the Horticultural Pest and Disease Board.
