PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT #2
This Agreement amends the original agreement that was signed on August 1, 2017
between Kittitas County (hereinafter “the County”) on behalf of the Kittitas County
Horticultural Pest and Disease Board, and Bugs & Flies Inc.; dba B&F Services
(hereinafter “Contractor”) and the amendment signed on September 18, 2018. The
County and Contractor agree as follows amendments:
the attached EXHIBIT "B" COMPENSATION
This agreement will terminate on December 31, 2019, and all work performed by
Contractor under this agreement must be completed by that date.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement this 16th day of July
2019.

EXHIBIT "B"
COMPENSATION
As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work as described in Exhibit “A”,
of the original agreement and previous amendments, the County, through the Kittitas
County Horticultural Pest and Disease Board, will compensate Contractor at the rate of
Ninety Six and no/100 DOLLARS ($96.00) per application of pesticide, previously not to
exceed a maximum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand and no/100 DOLLARS ($130,000).
This agreement is amended to increase the total compensation amount to One Hundred
Ninety Thousand and no/100 DOLLARS ($190,000), with a maximum payment of Sixty
Thousand ($60,000) for 2019.
