KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: July 16, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Chair's <br />Signature on Federal Lands Access Program Match <br />Agreement, WA KITTITAS 5880(1), Dickey Creek Bridge <br />BACKGROUND: Public Works (PW) has received Federal Highway <br />Administration Federal Lands Access Program funding for <br />replacing the Dickey Creek Bridge on the Teanaway River. <br />Prior to defining project specifics, PW is required to enter <br />into a match agreement with the Federal Highway <br />Administration. The required project match is 13.5% <br />which represents an estimated $498,002 of County Road <br />Fund reserves. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution Authorizing the Chair's Signature <br />on Federal Lands Access Program Match Agreement: WA <br />KITTITAS 5880(1), Dickey Creek. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution; Federal Lands Access Program Match <br />Agreement <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
