KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, July 2, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Everbridge Service Agreement <br />with Kittitas County Sheriff s Office <br />BACKGROUND: On 06/04/19 the BOCC acknowldeged a quote from Everbridge to <br />provide service to the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office. The purpose of this agreement is <br />that Everbridge Mass Notification Pro allows users to send notifications to individuals or <br />groups using lists, location and visual intelligence. This system will assist in notifying <br />those that sign up during an Emergency. Subsequently, that quote has been modified due <br />to sales tax not having been figured into the original quote that was submitted on <br />06/04/19. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Everbridge Service Agreement <br />with Kittitas County Sheriffs Office. <br />HANDLING: Sheriff's Office to return a signed agreement to BOCC. <br />LEAD STAFF: Commander Darren Higashiyama <br />
