ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Everbridge Service Agreement
with Kittitas County Sheriff s Office
BACKGROUND: On 06/04/19 the BOCC acknowldeged a quote from Everbridge to
provide service to the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office. The purpose of this agreement is
that Everbridge Mass Notification Pro allows users to send notifications to individuals or
groups using lists, location and visual intelligence. This system will assist in notifying
those that sign up during an Emergency. Subsequently, that quote has been modified due
to sales tax not having been figured into the original quote that was submitted on
06/04/19.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Everbridge Service Agreement
with Kittitas County Sheriffs Office.
HANDLING: Sheriff's Office to return a signed agreement to BOCC.
