AGENDA DATE: July 2, 2019
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Kittitas County Sheriff s Office
to purchase products from Crossmatch Technologies.
BACKGROUND: On May 7, 2019 the BOCC acknowledged a quote expiring May 31,
2019 for Kittitas County Sheriff s Office to purchase from Cross Match Technologies the
LSCAN Guardian USB and LSMS on desktops. Subsequently, that quote has been
updated with corrected billing and contact information, causing Crossmatch to generate a
new quote which expires July 31, 2019. No other changes were made to the quote.
INTERACTION: This agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County
Prosecutor's Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Kittitas County Sheriff s Office
to purchase products from Crossmatch Technologies.
HANDLING: No handling.
