KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA DATE: July 2, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing on August 6, 2019 at 2pm to consider <br />Equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs and authorize disposal of <br />same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br />BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs: <br />E.R. & R. #25 2012 Ford F250 Flatbed Pickup <br />VI N# 1 FD7X2B65CEA5955 <br />E.R. & R. #459 2004 Layton D-550 Asphalt Paver <br />Serial # D-10889-5-04 <br />The Department of Public Works requests that a Public Hearing be held on August 6, 2019 at <br />2:00 pm to declare the above listed equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize <br />disposal of same.
