BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COI.INTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20ß - TKV <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON COUNTY ROAD <br />ADMINISTRATION BOARD RURAL ARTERIAL FUNDING AGREEMENT <br />SUPPORTING IMPROVEMENTS TO VANTAGE HIGHWAY <br />WHEREAS: Improvements to Vantage Highway appear on the County's adopted six year <br />transportation plan; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works solicited and has received Rural Arterial Program funding award <br />from the County Road Administration Board (CRAB) supporting Vantage <br />Highway Improvements; and <br />\ryHEREAS: The County is required to enter into a funding agreement with CRAB accepting <br />project funds; <br />NOW, THEREF'ORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on County Road <br />Administration Board Rural Arterial Funding Agreement supporting Vantage Highway <br />Improvements. <br />DATED this 21st day of May,2019, at Ellensburg, V/ashington. <br />BOARD OF COLINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, V/ASHINGTON <br />Cory V/right, <br />Board- Julie Kjorsvik/ilillll <br />I Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Commissioner
