ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signed the PSA between Kittitas County and
Yakima Valley Memorial DD Info and Education Contract. (Effective Dates: April 1, 2019-June
30, 2019)
BACKGROUND:
The Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital Association DBA Virginia Mason Memoria is assuming
the previous developmental disabilities information and education contract with Bright
Beginnings for Kittitas County (BBFKC). The change is a result of BBFKC organizational
changes.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved May 29, 2019,
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved May 30, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signed the PSA between Kittitas County and
Yakima Valley Memorial DD Info and Education Contract. (Effective Dates: April 1, 2019-June
30, 2019)
HANDLING:
2 Copies of Agreement sent back to PH.
